This Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant and full flavoured, rich dry red that shows the spicy, juicy bright fruits for which the region is renowned. Aromas of liquorice cassis and cedar are complemented by black fruits and a lovely hint of mint and Cabernet leaf. The palate is bright and juicy, with lovely supple tannins. A classic Cabernet Sauvignon which is instantly appealing and will reward a decade of careful cellaring. Enjoy alongside roast or grilled lamb.
