Colour is palte strae yellow with green hues. The nose has striking notes of citrus blossom, lime and sweet manadarin with rich & sweet honeysuckle aromas. The palate is succulent, with notes of juicy sweetness & citrus. Threre is a pure & clean vibrance with a wonderful balance between dry and refreshing acidity

After pressing and settling for 36 hours the clear just was fermented in separate vineyard batches mostly at cool temperatures. The ferments were all clean and steady with some great spice and exotoc tropical aromas being expressed. The 2015 Estate Riesling is a medium sweet sytle, bringing together outstanding fruit from 3 of NZ s pre-eminent Riesling areas. Succulent citrus & orange blossom flavours are kept in check by delightfully refreshing acidity.
