Born from the father & son distilling genius of Jimmy & Eddie Russell, Wild Turkey 12 year-old is made of the highest quality grains including American made non-GMO corn. This special release bourbon has been carefully selected from the distiller' favorite liquid, barreled at a lower proof, and slowly matured to create a bourbon of exceptional quality. The extra liquid aging time allows for additional transmission of the distinct barrel personality into the liquid. The liquid is aged in barrels with the deepest #4 Alligator Char to allow for a bolder flavor. On the nose you will get the classic Wild Turkey aromas of vanilla and caramel while the extra aging is apparent on the finish with a nice balance of sweetness and spiciness.
