Guided by master distillers, Bumbu Rum selects sugarcane from the world's premier regions, capturing the essence bestowed by the minerals and elements present in the crop. Crafted within a historic Barbadian distillery established in 1893, Bumbu Rum undergoes a time-honoured distillation process, employing two continuous stills. The yeast used during fermentation remains a closely guarded secret, originating from the era when the original iron pot stills were cast in 1840.
