Lark, a Tasmanian whisky, is proudly unique in character and style. Made entirely by hand, it consistently distils some of the world's most prized whisky, with no more than 100 litres produced in each batch. The Single Cask Single Malt Whisky release has been bottled based on its exceptional flavour, with a standard strength of 43%. This complex whisky has a mix of vanilla-caramel-maple syrup notes, accompanied by slight floral notes and gentle hints of fresh spice, all culminating in a flavourful lingering finish.
