The aroma is vanilla with candied orange peel and honey, sweet sultana and raisin with fresh oak and thyme. On the palate, you experience a ginger warmth, sweet orange, vanilla and honey with a fresh vibrant oak. It finishes with a sweet and zingy which travels through to lingering fresh thyme.

The Macallan Whisky Maker, Polly Logan used her skill and experience to craft the expression using a combination of sherry seasoned European oak casks and ex-bourbon American oak casks to create a single malt with a unique flavour and character.
