Foursquare's Exceptional Cask Series represents the most unique and coveted rum from this celebrated distillery. Hand selected by Richard Seale himself, the 2011 release offers bombastic notes of caramelized fruit balanced by berry and tea tannin. Aromas of caramelised grapefruit, dark cocoa, butterscotch, and overripe pineapple lead to a bog and expressive palate of tropical fruit, dried berries, black tea, and citrus peel with a lengthy and drying finish. No added sugar, colouring, or other additives. Non-chill filtered.
