What is Rosé?
Rosé is one of the most popular styles of wine. In the past few years it has evolved in Australia and becoming one of the most preferred drops for wine lovers. Rosé incorporates some of its colour from the grape skins, but not enough to qualify it as a red wine. A lighter Rosé can mean that it is a drier style, but this isn't always the case as it mainly depends on the varietal.

Because of its versatility, Rosé has a beautiful acidity to match with different types of food. It pairs well with Spanish dishes like tapas of paella, and goes will with antipasto dishes and cheese. A bold Rosé however, will pair well with grilled meats.
