The Estate Vineyard at Dixons Creek in the Yarra Valley was first planted in 1971 and has undergone expansions and replanting over nearly 50 years. Our goal is to leave it in a better place for the generations to come. The Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir is made from the five plots predominantly east and south facing slopes. 2016 was a mild and dry season with early ripening. Hand picked, gentle handling, native yeast, fermented in open cuvees and matured in new and used French barriques.
